Data controller

The data controller is TODO: full company name, address, registration number. Contact: the e-mail address in the footer.

Data we process

Data submitted in the enquiry form: company name, contact person's name, e-mail, phone, country and description of needs. Additionally, technical information about the traffic source (UTM parameters) and — after consent — analytics data.

Purpose and legal basis

Preparing a proposal and commercial contact (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Site analytics — on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry data — until commercial talks end, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. TODO: confirm with legal.

Recipients

Data goes to our CRM and the tools we use to handle enquiries (TODO: list of processors), and to Google (analytics) only after consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
