We take over the operational side of online sales. You sell; we make sure the order leaves on time and in good condition.
How fulfilment works

Inbound (labelling, quality check)
Unloading, counting and a check against description and photos. Every unit gets a label and is in stock within 24 h.
- 02
Put-away and storage
Goods go to location-based slots in Dynamics 365 WMS — shelving, pallet racking, zones for apparel and footwear.
- 03
Picking
The task goes to the picker's scanner; every unit is confirmed by a scan at the pick location.
- 04
Order assembly and control
Order lines are brought together and checked again before packing — no errors in quantity or variant.
- 05
Packing and dispatch
Packed to your standard, carrier label printed, handed to the courier the same day.
- 06
Returns intake
We receive the return, grade it, take photos and restock or dispose — according to your rules.
Scope of service
Inbound
Unloading, counting, sorting, quality check — against description and photos — labelling and booking into the WMS within 24 h of delivery.
Storage
Location-based storage: shelving, pallet racking and specialised equipment for apparel and footwear. Every SKU has its location and movement history.
Picking and packing
We agree the packing standard with you: your boxes, filler, inserts, film. Repacking and labelling to marketplace requirements. Compliance check before the parcel is sealed.
Shipping
Postal operators and couriers in Poland and the EU, marketplace deliveries, pallet and LTL for B2B. Transport Ukraine ↔ Poland / EU and worldwide. TODO: carrier rates.
Returns
Receiving the return, grading, restocking or disposal — according to your rules.
Reporting
Stock, movements, SLA and costs in the dashboard and a weekly report.
