Eight processes under control
Every stage has an owner, a scan and a report. See what happens to your goods in the warehouse.

Inbound (labelling, quality check)
Unloading, counting and a check against description and photos. Every unit gets a label and is in stock within 24 h.

Put-away and storage
Goods go to location-based slots in Dynamics 365 WMS — shelving, pallet racking, zones for apparel and footwear.

Picking
The task goes to the picker's scanner; every unit is confirmed by a scan at the pick location.

Order assembly and control
Order lines are brought together and checked again before packing — no errors in quantity or variant.

Packing and dispatch
Packed to your standard, carrier label printed, handed to the courier the same day.

Returns intake
We receive the return, grade it, take photos and restock or dispose — according to your rules.

Cross-docking
A delivery is split by consignee and shipped on within a day, without storage — to retail chains, marketplaces and EU countries.

Frequently asked questions
How do we start?
Write via the form or e-mail: describe your range, volumes and sales channels. We reply with a quote within 2 business days, then agree the inbound and packing standard and receive the first delivery.
Do we need an IT integration?
No. We start with Excel file exchange — orders and deliveries from you, statuses and stock from us. Integration with your system or store is connected when you need it.
Are there hidden fees?
No. You pay for operations performed and space used according to the price list. Packaging materials and extra services are priced separately and up front. Monthly reconciliation is agreed in 30 minutes.
Where do you deliver?
To customers in Poland and across the EU via postal operators and couriers, to marketplaces, and between Ukraine and Poland and worldwide — with an in-house customs broker.
How much does it cost?
'From' rates are on the pricing page and the calculator gives an indicative monthly cost. The exact offer depends on SKUs, orders, pallets and packing standard — we prepare it individually.
How fast are orders processed?
A delivery is in stock within 24 h of unloading. Orders received before the agreed cut-off ship the same business day. TODO: confirm cut-off time.
